A former McKinsey analyst, she founded Creative Caterpillar, an award-winning storytelling initiative that helps children build a love for reading, communication, and creative thinking.

She is also the founder of Antara Bach Remedies, where she supports emotional well-being through personalised Bach Flower Remedies.

Through books, workshops, storytelling programmes, and her work as co-curator of the Yard Tales Children’s Literature Festival, Swati brings together education, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
